The story of this place is more like a myth, or even more like an adventure, and if it is possible we would call it a risk, because the fact that such a huge project was indeed realized in such economically and politically complicated conditions and an unstable life pace is really dazzling.

People in charge of the project have studied all the surrounding issues and circumstances, yet their strong will have helped them decide to go on with it relying on a thorough study of the need of the Palestinian market for such a touristic establishment which is planned to be one of our major touristic and service projects in Palestine.

Each of them was fully aware that the start would be extremely hard, but there strong will, future vision and determinacy to succeed will guarantee that they attain the success they aspire.

The outset of our Journey ...

When it was time for preparation of this interesting project, we were faced with many questions; where should the project be carried out and how? And finally the place that was selected to embrace this touristic masterpiece was Ramallah city and particularly at the core of Ramallah at the famous “Al-Manara Square”.

Indeed, Stars and Bucks Café has become a reality that reflects the elegance of design, fine taste, sophistication and the good service it delivers.

Stars and Bucks Café is a private shareholding Palestinian Company that is registered under the effective Palestinian Companies Law.

Stars and Bucks has been registered as a trade mark with the companies’ controller and has obtained a practice license in the sector of hotels, restaurants, parks and other relevant services and activities. This fancy restaurant in Ramallah and particularly at “Al-Manara Square” was its first establishment.

Welcome to our Restaurant ....

Once you arrive at the crammed “Al-Manara Square” where everyone is looking upwards. You can see the name of this great place in all four directions as you get up the stairs, its outer door may not suggest what is inside. As you enter the restaurant our staff welcomes you with their cheerful smile.



You get bewildered where to sit, for every corner has its own tales. The window commands outstanding scenery that makes you capture a full view for Ramallah city. After a short while, our staff gently asks you what you would like to order, which makes another surprise of ours ...

• Entering into contracts with several private schools, universities and civil society institution to provide them with a collection of various quick meals produced by the company through its main branch in Ramallah.

• Working to open fifteen branches in the West Bank to develop popular Cafés to correspond with the modern time we live in.

• Establishing a factory that serves the restaurants of the company and other restaurants, with which the factory may later enter into contracts, to manufacture all the requirements of the company restaurants.

• Preparing television and radio programs that serve the future plans of the project through programs that teach cooking and cooking of quick meals.
  

There is still a long way ahead, the goals are bigger and the development is permanent and lasting in order to achieve the set goal…..a Palestinian touristic establishment with a future vision.
